Not camp sites but stopovers where you can wine and dine without worrying about your licence. You can break up that long journey or just visit the local attractions. These stopovers have been carefully selected and are located in vilages and tourist areas.
You can tell other people about your stay on our members forum or just chat to them.
Please don’t forget that these sites are not camp sites, they are stopovers. Just like the service area of a motorway but you don’t have to pay.

The Three Hares Country Inn
We are located a few hundred yards from the A64 in a beautiful village 5 miles from York. We serve beautifully kept Real Ales including Timothy Taylor 'Landlord', Daleside Brewery 'Farmers Blonde' and Theakstons and why not try our cider over ice for those glorious hot summer days. Our village church is the final resting place of General Fairfax of Civil War fame. We are ideally situated for York races. Freshly cooked locally-sourced food to tempt the tast buds, at sensible Yorkshire prices, along with real ales, fine wines and Continental beers - everything you could wish for!
